As the founder of Co-Created Strategies, I bring over 20 years of global HR experience combined with a strong foundation in coaching and psychology. I specialize in leadership development, performance management, and people-centered strategies that drive lasting growth and meaningful impact.
Raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and shaped by life in New York and London, I bring a culturally grounded, human-centered approach to every partnership. As a mom and practitioner, I understand the real-world demands of balancing career, family, and fulfillment. I help clients uncover blind spots, set boundaries, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
My career spans a range of sectors—from juvenile justice to global tech—providing a well-rounded perspective on the challenges individuals and teams navigate. I’m a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach with academic foundations in Sociology, Communications, and Public Policy, a certified Co-Active Coach, and currently advancing clinical training in psychotherapy with a focus on community-based mental health and nonprofit support. By integrating coaching and clinical frameworks, I help clients cultivate growth, resilience, and effective leadership from a whole-person perspective.
